Starwood Capital group’s Barry Sternlicht and developer Richard LeFrak offer the first VIP preview to their joint-venture, 1 Hotel & Homes South Beach. They will celebrate Brazilian interior designer and architect, Debora Aguiar, who designed the residences, with a brunch and tour of residences. Guests will get a glimpse at not only her designs, but also of the very first experiences from Sternlicht’s new 1 Hotel brand, including elements of nature as art.
