Miami Spice at Katsuya at SLS South Beach
This Miami Spice experience the dynamic pairing of master sushi chef Katsuya Uechi and design impresario Philippe Starck atKatsuya, nestled in the iconic SLS South Beach. With specialty cocktails, unique rolls and spectacular sushi and sashimi platters, Chef Uechi skillfully translates Japanese flavors for the American palate. During Miami’s renowned restaurant month, embark on a culinary journey with appetizing starters like the Truffle Ponzu Ceviche, Szechuan Ribs, Whitefish Crudo, or Assorted Crispy Rice. Then, indulge in a main course like the Wagyu Skirt Steak topped with Yakitori sauce, the succulent Ora King Salmon Robata, or a choice of rolls. Conclude your fest with a sweet treat and delight in the Donuts, featuring Green Tea Matcha or the delightful Strawberry Shortcake. The Miami Spice menu will be available Monday-Sunday, for dinner at $60pp.

This Miami Spice, diners will be able to enjoy Bar Central’s special menu, at $35 ++ per person, featuring tantalizing Mexican-inspired dishes. Begin your culinary journey with starters such as the croquetas de papa, taquitos placeros and tostadas de atun. Then enjoy platos fuertes like the taxi de suadero, coliflor en pipian verde, and snapper veracruzano. To end on a sweet note, indulge in tres leches tropical or the chocoflan.
