This Saturday, December 6 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM, join us in the Knight Skylight Gallery at the Freedom Tower for a special Miami Art Week conversation between artist Sharon Louden and MOAD’s Executive Director and Chief Curator, Dr. Amy Galpin.
Learn about the artist’s most recent commission, Windows of Freedom Tower, created in honor of the centennial of the Freedom Tower using 101 reflective sheets of aluminum. The installation reimagines a space that once served as the busy typesetting room for the Miami Daily News.
Attendance is free with your Freedom Tower admission ticket.
Visitors to the Freedom Tower may park for free in the MDC garage at 500 NE 2nd Avenue, between NE 5th and NE 6th Streets.
