Part of our ongoing curation of what it means to live, love, and play in the Magic City.

Resy has quietly become the most interesting curator of dining experiences in Miami. Not the most prominent — that is still the food media, the Michelin guide, the national publications that parachute in for Art Week. But the most interesting, because Resy is the platform that has been building a parallel editorial identity through the experiences it presents: collaboration dinners, chef pairings, tasting events that do not exist anywhere else on the calendar.

The first week of November is the proof. Three collaboration dinners in four days, all presented by Resy, all in the Buena Vista and Wynwood corridor.

Monday, November 2: Flour + Water x Boia De

Flour + Water is the San Francisco pasta restaurant that has built its reputation on handmade pasta as a serious culinary form. Boia De is the most-reviewed restaurant in Buena Vista — 10,000 reviews at 4.9 stars, run by two women trained in the Scarpetta kitchen. The collaboration is the most anticipated dining event of the week: two kitchens that have made pasta the point, working together for one night. Monday, November 2.

Tuesday, November 3: Walrus Rodeo x Flour & Water Pizzeria

Walrus Rodeo is the Miami natural wine bar that has built its identity around the combination of serious wine and unpretentious hospitality. Flour & Water Pizzeria is the pizza-focused sibling of Flour + Water. The collaboration is the more casual version of the week's dining circuit — wine and pizza, done by two operations that take both seriously. Tuesday, November 3.

Tuesday, November 3: The Art of Pairing at Double Knot

Double Knot is the Wynwood restaurant that has built its reputation on the combination of Japanese and Southeast Asian flavors. The Art of Pairing is a Resy-presented tasting event that puts the kitchen's food alongside a curated beverage program. Also Tuesday, November 3 — which means the choice between Walrus Rodeo and Double Knot is the only decision you need to make for Tuesday night.

Three dinners, four days, one platform. Resy is not just a reservation app anymore. It is an editorial voice, and the first week of November is the clearest statement of that identity the platform has made in Miami.
