PS MIA Is Florida's First Private Terminal — and the Airport Experience Just Changed
PS MIA opened at Miami International Airport in June 2026, operating from the restored Pan American Airways headquarters. Luxury suites, private TSA screening, chauffeur transfers to the aircraft. The terminal is here. The question is whether the operations behind it can match the promise.
Part of our ongoing curation of what it means to live, love, and play in the Magic City.
The airport lounge was never the point. It was a waiting room with better lighting — a place to sit until the real experience began. What is happening at Miami International Airport right now is something different. PS MIA, Florida's first private luxury terminal, opened in June 2026 inside the meticulously restored former Pan American Airways headquarters, and it is not competing with the lounge. It is replacing the entire airport experience for the people who use it.
Every detail matters. Every transition is designed to be seamless.
The facility offers what premium travel has been moving toward for years: luxury suites, personalized dining, wellness services, private TSA screening, U.S. Customs processing for eligible international arrivals, and chauffeur transportation directly between the terminal and the aircraft. You do not walk through the main terminal. You do not queue. You arrive, you settle in, and when it is time, a car takes you to the plane.
The Operation Behind the Experience
A terminal like this lives or dies on the details that passengers never see. The bag that arrives exactly when it should. The space that is immaculate between every guest. The handoff between the terminal and the aircraft that happens without friction. That is where Grupo EULEN USA comes in — providing the specialized cleaning and baggage transfer services that make the visible experience possible.
"PS has created a truly elevated travel experience, where every detail matters and every transition is designed to be seamless," said Marixa Franco, COO of Aviation at Grupo EULEN USA. "We are proud to support that experience by managing baggage transfers with the highest level of care, efficiency, and discretion. Our team works behind the scenes to ensure every guest's journey is smooth from arrival to departure."
Grupo EULEN also supports MIA's new hourly sleep cabins — private rest spaces designed for travelers during layovers or before departing flights. Together, these two concepts point to the same shift: airports are becoming hospitality operations, and the standards expected of every layer of that operation are rising accordingly.
Why Miami, Why Now
Miami International is one of the busiest international gateways in the country. The decision to open Florida's first private terminal here is not incidental — it reflects both the city's position as a global travel hub and the profile of the travelers moving through it. The Pan American Airways building is the right address for it: a structure with genuine aviation history, restored rather than replaced, carrying the weight of what this airport once meant to international travel.
For Grupo EULEN, the PS MIA partnership builds on more than two decades of aviation experience in the United States — supporting airports and airlines across Florida, New York, New Jersey, Maryland, and Washington DC with a staff of more than 3,300 specialists. The company was founded in 1962 and operates in 11 countries. What it brings to PS MIA is not novelty. It is precision at scale, applied to a context where the margin for error is zero.
The private terminal is here. Miami was always going to be the city where it arrived first.
