Holly Ransom Returns as Main Stage Host for PCMA's Convening Leaders 2027 in Miami Beach
The CEO of Emergent Global and eight-year PCMA partner will once again connect themes and speakers across the flagship conference for business events professionals, set for January 10–13 at the Miami Beach Convention Center.

Holly Ransom is coming back to Miami Beach. PCMA has announced that Ransom, CEO of Emergent Global and an eight-year partner of the association, will return as Main Stage host for Convening Leaders 2027 (CL27), the flagship annual conference for business events professionals. The event runs January 10–13, 2027, at the Miami Beach Convention Center.
The announcement was made by PCMA president and CEO Sherrif Karamat, who cited Ransom's continuity and institutional knowledge as the defining reason for her return. "Holly knows our community's history, not just a single year's run sheet," Karamat said. "That continuity is worth more than any single great performance, and it's the reason we continue to engage Holly, year after year. Her ability to connect people and ideas makes her a natural partner in PCMA's mission to drive social and economic progress through business events."
A Stage She Knows Well
Ransom has moderated some of the most high-profile conversations in the CL Main Stage's recent history, sitting across from Tabitha Brown, Brené Brown, Amal Clooney, President Bill Clinton, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, and Trevor Noah. Her track record extends well beyond PCMA: she was personally chosen by President Barack Obama to moderate his 2018 appearance in Australia, and has interviewed Sir Richard Branson among many other global figures.
