Hakkasan Miami runs three wine tasting experiences on select Saturdays, each at a different price point and a different level of ambition. The entry point is The Classic — $135 per guest, 3pm, a sparkling pour and four wines paired with almond prawns and smoked beef ribs. It is a well-constructed introduction to the format. But The Classic is not the reason to book.
The Reserve at 4pm steps up to a champagne welcome, four premium pours from around the world, a dessert wine, elevated culinary pairings, and personalized tasting notes. It is the format that most wine dinners in Miami aspire to. But The Reserve is also not the reason to book.
The Grand Cru
The Grand Cru is the reason to book. At 5pm, a small group is seated at the counter of Hakkasan's secluded wine cellar — a room that most guests who have eaten at the restaurant have never seen. The pour is vintage champagne. Then five rare and limited-production wines. The culinary pairings include Wagyu A5 and caviar. Valet is included.
The wine cellar counter is the kind of seat that changes how you think about a restaurant. Hakkasan at the Fontainebleau is one of the most dramatic dining rooms in Miami — coral leather seats, illuminated agate floors, a massive fish tank with live coral. The cellar is the opposite of all of that: quiet, focused, and built entirely around what is in the glass.

All three tiers are available on select Saturdays. Book through Resy. The Grand Cru seats are limited — the cellar counter is not a large room, which is the point.
