Bad Gyal's Más Cara World Tour Hits The Fillmore Miami Beach Tomorrow Night

The Barcelona-born artist brings her Más Cara World Tour to The Fillmore Miami Beach on Wednesday, October 28 — the same night Young Miko plays Kaseya Center. Two very different Latin sounds, one city, one night.

Latin

Wednesday night is going to be interesting. While Young Miko's Late Check Out Tour fills Kaseya Center across the bay, Bad Gyal brings her Más Cara World Tour to The Fillmore Miami Beach — and the contrast between the two shows says something about where Latin music is right now.

Bad Gyal — born Alba Farelo in Barcelona — is one of the most distinctive voices in the current wave of Spanish-language music. Her sound sits at the intersection of reggaeton, dancehall, and electronic production, with a visual identity and stage presence that's been compared to early Rihanna in terms of sheer confidence. The Más Cara era has been her most ambitious yet, and the tour has been selling out mid-size venues across Europe and the Americas.

The Fillmore Miami Beach is the right room for this. It's intimate enough that you're never far from the stage, and the venue's history with Latin and Caribbean artists gives the night a particular energy. Doors open at 8 PM, show at 9 PM.

Tickets are available through Ticketmaster. If you're deciding between Bad Gyal and Young Miko on Wednesday night, know that you're choosing between two genuinely excellent shows — and there's no wrong answer.
