PAMM hosts Art at a Time Like This, a nonprofit arts organization, for a panel discussion with thought leaders and artists about mass incarceration and inequalities in the justice system. The discussion will also touch upon the organization’s public art project 8X5, named for the size of an average prison cell, which will be on display throughout the city during Miami Art Week.
