Allianz Commercial has officially completed its Miami Latin America Hub, establishing a leadership team poised to enhance its presence and service across the region. Situated at 1111 Brickell Ave. in Miami’s bustling Brickell financial district, the hub combines regional expertise with global capacity to deliver facultative reinsurance and commercial solutions.
The Miami operation will support markets in Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, and expand into Chile, Peru, Ecuador, and Panama. Its team connects local client and broker needs with Allianz’s global underwriting and capacity platforms, offering expertise in Property, Construction and Natural Resources, Financial Lines (including Cyber), Marine, Entertainment, and Multinational Services.
Led by Regional Managing Director Guilherme Bizzo, who relocated from Brazil, the team includes key leaders such as Angelica Torres for Facultative Reinsurance, Eduardo Fontes for Distribution, Felipe Orsi for Property, Ivan Coronado for Natural Resources and Construction, and Monica Oyaga overseeing Long Tail solutions. They work alongside leaders in Brazil and Argentina, ensuring strong regional coordination.
