For one night only on Saturday, September 21st, Chef Victor Rosado of AHU l MAR at DUA Miami and Chef Danny Lledo of Michelin-starred DC restaurant Xiquet are teaming up for a celebration of live-fire cooking to take place at AHU l MAR at DUA Miami. The Brickell restaurant, helmed by Chef Victor Rosado, will host an unforgettable dining experience for guests throughout the seven-course Chef’s tasting menu.

Chef Rosado and Chef Lledo, known for their wood-fired cooking techniques, will seamlessly collaborate, bringing guests a unique culinary experience. Rosado and Lledo honor and highlight each of their dishes’ natural flavors, and the richness of the smoke enhances them through their open-fired cooking techniques.
