ADRIFT Mare x Slow Food Miami
Join ADRIFT Mare for an unforgettable evening of coastal-inspired cuisine at Mare x Slow Food, a special multi-course dining experience on Thursday, February 27, from 7-10 p.m.
Michelin-starred Chef David Myers will be in town to personally curate this immersive culinary journey, blending the sophistication of the Mediterranean with the principles of the Slow Food movement — promoting local food and traditional cooking.
Guests will indulge in thoughtfully curated dishes, including starters featuring Heirloom Tomatoes with burrata, smoked olive oil, and toasted quinoa; MARE Niçoise with seared tuna or Smoked Eggplant Toast. For mains, indulge in Grilled Red Snapper with sweet pepper caponata and parsley salad, Clams & Bottarga Spaghetti or Beef Filet Kebab. Pair with a side to share, featuring Green Beans with hazelnut dukkah, Wild Mushrooms or Saffron Rice with gremolata sauce and spiced squash seeds. End the experience with a decadent Mascarpone Sabayon with mixed berry compote and chocolate crumble for dessert.
