A1R WATER, a leader in atmospheric water generation, has announced a key distribution agreement with Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits, effective October 1, 2025. Initially focusing on South Florida, the partnership will see A1R WATER’s canned sparkling and still water, followed by bottled water, added to Southern Glazer’s extensive beverage portfolio, with plans for broader market expansion.

Founded in 2018, A1R WATER has evolved innovative dehumidification technology to produce clean drinking water, with over 30 million gallons expected to be generated in 2025. The company is also pursuing a Nasdaq listing through a strategic business combination with IPCX, soon to be Air Water Ventures Limited.
