Every Sunday, Executive Chef Frank Jeannetti showcases his “natural” spin on brunch items to showcase the restaurant’s healthful mission by including only organic eggs at the omelette station, bountiful fresh fruits and berries as well as hot and cold breakfast items, a salad station and unique highlights such as an outdoor grill and a risotto & pasta station.
Especially for Father’s Day the grill station will feature a Fajita bar, complete with free range chicken, marinated skirt steak and Key West shrimp and a carving station with boneless grass-fed prime rib and roasted leg of lamb with a honey mint reduction to cater to Dad’s love for quality meat. Drink specials include $12 pitchers of Mojitos and Bloody Mary’s for all to enjoy. Rounding out the brunch experience is Pastry Chef Gail Goetsch’s delectable creations, which include a variety of cookies, mousses, tarts, pots de crème and much more. The restaurant’s leisurely and relaxed ambiance is the perfect place to spend quality family time.
Father’s Day Brunch at Essensia is $39.00++ per person and $19.00++ for kids 12 and under (not including tax and gratuity).
