A distinguished culinary journey designed to close the year in style, this glamorous 5-course prix-fixe meal will present a welcome reception featuring an open bar, wine pairings with dinner service, and a celebratory champagne toast. The gala celebration is priced at $515 per guest.
Guests may also opt for a New Year’s Eve Extravaganza at The St. Regis Bar. Priced at $75, this lavish party will feature a champagne toast at midnight hosted by Veuve Clicquot, party favors, and live music and entertainment.
Following an evening of festivities, on New Year’s Day, guests may opt for a special “Recovery Brunch.” A selection of both savory and sweet dishes will be available alongside the resort’s signature take on the famed St. Regis Bloody Mary, the “Bloody Sunrise,” to begin the year with a taste of the vibrancy of Miami.
