THE AMERICAN CANCER SOCIETY WILL HONOR LOCAL PHILANTHROPISTS AT THE 2011 INNER CIRCLE OF TWELVE LUNCHEON ON THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 10th AT INDIAN CREEK COUNTRY CLUB

On Thursday, February 10, 2011, more than 300 people will join the American Cancer Society at the Indian Creek Country Club to honor twelve women for their commitment to philanthropy in our community.  The Inner Circle of Twelve distinction recognizes twelve outstanding women for their leadership, volunteerism, community involvement and dedication to the American Cancer Society’s mission.
The Inner Circle of Twelve Luncheon will be held at the Indian Creek Country Club, 55 Indian Creek Island Village, and will begin at 11:00 a.m. for a welcome reception and photo opportunities.  The awards ceremony will begin at 12:00 p.m., immediately followed by a fashion show featuring celebrity designer Roberto De Villacis, who is dressing many of the young Hollywood stars and has dressed important celebrities such as Penelope Cruz and Carrie Underwood, will present his Spring 2011 Collection. This year’s Event Chairs are Remedios Diaz-Oliver, Sonia Gibson, Lilliam S. Machado, James Murphy, Dorothy St. Jean and Brenda Nestor Castellano.
