As Miami Spice celebrates its landmark 25th anniversary, Fooq’s Miami is completely reinventing the classic prix-fixe game. Leading the charge are acclaimed Chefs Roel Alcudia and Tony Galleno, who are officially heading the kitchen for an exciting new chapter. Having originally teamed up during the legendary early days of Mandolin, the duo is bringing their evolved culinary expertise back together to craft something truly special.
Instead of the usual individual tasting plates, Fooq’s is serving up a social, three-course shareable experience designed for the whole table to enjoy together.
“We wanted to make our first Miami Spice menu at Fooq’s more social and shareable,” explains Chef Tony Galleno. “That format allows guests to explore more of the menu and share items in a new type of Miami Spice experience—casually, and with a lot of variety.”
Fooq’s is rolling out three distinct menus to explore all summer long:
- Weekday Dinner ($50/person | Wed, Thu, Sun): Feast on shareable table starters like House Dips, Salad Verte, and Wood-Fired Za’atar Sourdough Pide. Follow it up with your choice of a premium Filet, Chicken, or Halloumi Kebab, and finish with Manchego Cheesecake.
- Weekend Dinner ($65/person | Fri, Sat): Elevate your weekend with the same incredible shareable format, elevated with premium weekend features.
- Sunday Brunch ($40/person): Wake up to a vibrant daytime spread featuring crowd favorites like Chicken Fried Quail, smoky Shakshuka, and a Seasonal Frittata, rounded out with their decadent Chocolate Mousse.
Whether you are planning a cozy date night or a lively dinner with friends, Fooq’s is delivering the ultimate flavor-packed, communal dining experience of the season.
