Brunch at Café Bastille
Founded in 2019 by French duo Estelle and Benjamin, Café Bastille is an all-day breakfast and brunch concept rooted in neighborhood values, drawing from Parisian café culture, Mediterranean warmth, and Miami’s vibrant Latin spirit. The menu balances indulgence and wellness through intentional cooking – frying in 100% beef tallow, sourcing free-range chicken and cage-free eggs, and offering seed-oil-free alternatives – with signature dishes ranging from Turkish Eggs and Bae’s Shakshuka to the French Burrito and Classic French Toast. The beverage program features ceremonial-grade matcha from Uji, Japan, Julius Meinl’s Vienna XVI Blend pulled on La Marzocco espresso machines, fresh juices, and cocktails.
