Miami Chef Olivia Ostrow Launches Kosher Artisan Sandwich Concept

Miami chef Olivia Ostrow, known for redefining kosher fine dining at Maison Ostrow, is expanding her culinary footprint with the launch of Maison Baguette, a new fast-casual artisan sandwich concept in North Bay Village, opening June 1!

The concept reimagines classic global sandwiches through a French lens, with more than 25 offerings served on house-baked baguettes made fresh daily. Inspired by flavors from Paris, New York, Tunis, Tel Aviv, and Marrakech, the menu blends elevated technique with a more approachable, everyday format, all while maintaining strict kosher standards under ORB certification.

Standout items include the Wagyu Brisket, the Duck à l’Orange, and the Carpaccio Truffle, alongside house-made spreads, fries, and a dessert baguette. The concept is available for pickup and delivery, marking Ostrow’s first move into a fast-artisanal model.

Delivery will be available via Uber Eats, DoorDash, Grubhub, and the Maison Baguette app, with to-go and pickup offered exclusively at Maison Ostrow (1666 79th Street Causeway, Suite 102, North Bay Village, FL 33141).

Following her recognition as Best Chef in Miami and her recent appearance on Food Network’s 24 in 24: Last Chef Standing, Maison Baguette represents a natural next step in bringing her “Unexpectedly Kosher, Unapologetically Global” approach to a wider audience.
