The Kiwanis Club of Little Havana kicked off Carnaval Miami 2026 with a high-profile press conference held on February 10 at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood. Hosted by club president Thomas Falcon and board members, the event announced key highlights for the upcoming celebration, including the crowning of Guaynaa as the King of Carnaval Miami 2026. The Puerto Rican global music artist is set to bring vibrant energy to the festivities.

Additionally, renowned Nicaraguan-American artist Maria Fernanda Vogel unveiled the official Carnaval Miami 2026 poster, spotlighting her acclaimed artwork that captures Miami’s cultural diversity. The event also previewed exciting details about the scheduled festivities, including the return of popular events like the Calle Ocho Music Festival and Carnaval on the Mile, with full programming and musical lineups to be announced soon.
