Miami Beach’s iconic Delano is preparing for a grand reimagining, with a scheduled preview set for late March 2026. The landmark hotel will introduce two innovative culinary concepts, elevating its reputation as a premier lifestyle destination.
In a strategic partnership with Paris Society, a prominent global hospitality group with over 70 luxury venues, Delano’s reopening marks the first U.S. venture for the company. Paris Society’s debut in America will feature two standout restaurants: Gigi Rigolatto, an Italian culinary escape, and Mimi Kakushi, a Japanese-inspired destination.
Gigi Rigolatto, designed by Hugo Toro, aims to transport guests to the Mediterranean with sophisticated interiors featuring mineral plaster walls, intricately carved wood panels, yellow Sienna marble accents, and bespoke furnishings. It promises an authentic yet luxurious dining experience.
Meanwhile, Mimi Kakushi offers an elegant nod to 1920s Osaka. Known for its innovative blend of traditional and contemporary Japanese cuisine, along with an exceptional cocktail program, this exclusive venue will be situated on the hotel’s fourth floor, accessible only to Delano Members Club members and hotel guests.
CEO Rizwan Kassim of Paris Society expressed enthusiasm about the expansion, stating, “Our move into Miami marks an exciting new chapter, bringing our design-led approach to a vibrant city that shares our global vision. Opening at Delano Miami Beach and as part of the Ennismore family feels like a natural extension of our worldwide journey.”
As part of its facelift, Delano is reaffirming its position as a hotspot for luxury, culture, and culinary innovation — a must-visit destination this spring.
