This Valentine’s Day, Miami clients can bring a man to Pilates…for FREE. Consider it a Valentine’s date that builds strength, connection, and longevity.
To celebrate the launch of Nofar Method’s new specialized Pilates for Men classes, the luxury studio is offering a free class for men brought by a partner on Saturday, February 14. The new class is designed specifically for male bodies and the way men move, train, and carry tension.
To reserve the free Valentine’s Day +1 spot, email Miami@NofarMethod.com. The class schedule can be found here (search for Feb. 14).
While Pilates has long been marketed to women, elite male athletes, from David Beckham to LeBron James and Tiger Woods, have relied on it for years to build core strength, improve flexibility, and prevent injury. Rooted in the athletic foundation of the Nofar Method, the new class focuses on functional strength, joint protection, and long-term performance.
Created by Nofar Hagag, a former Division 1 athlete, each 50-minute signature class combines 25 minutes on the Reformer and 25 minutes on the Cadillac, making it especially effective for men who run, lift, cycle, golf, or play tennis, while protecting the spine, shoulders, and joints.
