
Pasta-Making Classes at Donna Mare Italian Chophouse – Select Dates in February
Donna Mare Italian Chophouse, located adjacent to the historic Cadillac Hotel & Beach Club, offers pasta-making classes under the guidance of Executive Chef Luigi Iannuari, inviting guests to roll up their sleeves for a beginner-friendly, hands-on culinary experience. For $100, participants will enjoy a welcome glass of prosecco before learning to mix fresh dough, shape and cut pasta, and refine their skills. Each 60-minute class features authentic Italian techniques and concludes with a three-course tasting featuring a seasonal appetizer or salad, a pasta entrée and a dessert. For an additional $50 per person, guests can enjoy expertly paired wines with each dish. The classes can also be curated as private experiences for birthdays, events and more, accommodating up to six guests. February dates include February 4, 5, 17, 18, 19, 24, 25 and 26.
