Abiaka Wood Fire Grill
For New Year’s Day, Abiaka will highlight lobster dynamite with caviar, cotija cheese, lulo vinaigrette and potato rosti; Iberian pork presa with charred cauliflower, crispy leeks, and sherry jus; and chocolate dulce gateau with dulce chocolate mousse, dulce de leche, flourless chocolate cake and caramel glaze.
Cipresso
The resort’s contemporary take on Italian cuisine will feature an amuse bouche of ricotta fritta with acacia honey and Calabrian chili aioli. For an appetizer, octopus carpaccio with olive tapenade, candied cherry tomatoes, and dill aioli. For the main course, halibut with beluga lentils, gremolada, and celery root puree; 12-ounce NY strip with linguine pesto, roasted pine nuts, and parmesan. Dessert includes Christmas pannacotta with turron nougat gelato, panettone panna cotta, confit kumquat, and caramelized panettone.

For New Year’s Day, Kuro will feature a bento box, wagyu roll, and a kagami mochi with a white chocolate mousse, coconut mochi cake, mandarin, compote, mandarin sphere, and a vanilla rice milk sauce.

The Guitar Hotel Light Show
A South Florida landmark, The Guitar Hotel Light Show at Seminole Hard Rock Hollywood runs nightly. The light show runs Sunday through Thursday at 7 p.m. and Fridays and Saturdays at 7 and 7:30 p.m. The guitar’s newest show, “Our Legacy in Lights & Music,” remixes classic songs with a modern techno flair complemented by mesmerizing graphics on the guitar façade. Guests can immerse themselves through the last two decades of music, featuring a culmination of hits from artists like Bad Bunny, Ed Sheeran, Pitbull, Ariana Grande, Nicki Minaj, Panic! At The Disco and more.
The Oculus Show
Guests arriving via the integrated resort’s Guitar Hotel valet entrance will be greeted by an interactive show combining the elements of water, lighting and projections in a floor-to-ceiling attraction designed and choreographed to music. This ever-changing attraction now features iconic musicians The Foo Fighters and Icona Pop with two new energetic shows choreographed to “Learn to Fly” and “I Love It,” respectively.
