From December 2 to 4, Andaz Miami Beach hosts an immersive culinary installation by We Are Ona in collaboration with designer Sabine Marcelis and José Andrés Group. The experience features a 23-foot travertine table designed by SolidNature, surrounded by Marcelis’s sculptures and Bocci lighting, creating a stunning oceanfront dining setting.
Guests will enjoy signature Aguasal dishes, such as cobia pastrami crudo and braised short rib, paired with House of Suntory beverages. A private preview takes place on December 1, followed by public lunches and dinners—reserving your spot offers a unique blend of art, architecture, and gastronomy during Art Basel Miami Beach.
