West Palm Beach’s MICHELIN Bib Gourmand-awarded aioli Sour Dough Bakery & Café continues its new monthly chef-led baking series with a Ciabatta & Focaccia Workshop on Tuesday, December 2, at 6 p.m. Timed ahead of the holidays, the hands-on class led by chef-owner Michael Hackman teaches guests how to bake Italian breads for entertaining, charcuterie boards and festive spreads. Hackman and his wife, Melanie, have grown aioli into a neighborhood favorite known for naturally fermented sourdough, fresh-baked breads and scratch-made pastries that sell out early each morning. The class offers an approachable way to learn professional techniques in a relaxed, community-focused setting.
