Nobu Hospitality has announced its first Miami residential development, 619 Brickell, and a new Nobu restaurant, marking a major milestone for the brand. Located in Miami’s vibrant Brickell district, the 74-story tower will offer 300 luxury residences, with 90,000 sq ft of private amenities including a spa, fitness center, and poolside café, all reflecting Nobu’s signature elegance.

The project features Miami’s second Nobu restaurant, designed with a distinctive circular layout and waterfront views, creating a seamless blend of luxury living and world-class dining. Designed by Foster + Partners and Sieger-Suarez Architects, 619 Brickell embodies modern Japanese minimalism integrated with Miami’s dynamic skyline.
Trevor Horwell, Nobu CEO, emphasizes this project as a new chapter for the brand’s lifestyle vision, combining craftsmanship, design, and service in an iconic waterfront setting. Developed in partnership with 13th Floor Investments and Key International, 619 Brickell is set to become a flagship destination reflecting Miami’s sophistication and energy.
