UIM E1 World Championship—the world’s first all-electric powerboat racing series—landing in the U.S. for the first time in Miami this weekend.

Created to capture the spirit of Miami’s electric energy and endless sunshine, the Sparkling Lemon is the official cocktail of the E1 Series, featuring gin, sparkling lemonade, and a bright twist of lemon. It’s made for sipping under the golden Miami sun, overlooking Biscayne Bay as hydrofoiling RaceBird boats glide across the water.

The E1 Series combines high-speed sport, sustainability, and star power, with celebrity team owners like Tom Brady, Will Smith, and LeBron James, and races powered entirely by clean electric energy. As Miami becomes the stage for its first US race, the Sparkling Lemon will be the drink in hand all weekend long.

Guests can enjoy the official E1 cocktail at a curated selection of Miami’s top destinations, including Fontainebleau, Nautilus, Joia Beach, Casa Tua, Level 6, Sofia, 1 Hotel, & Loews Hotel. As well as immersive experiences across the city including:

  • Race the Waves – Experience E1 Racebird Lite activations at Fontainebleau, Loews Miami Beach, Nautilus, and Joia Beach, where guests can pilot remote-controlled raceboats through custom pool mini-courses.
  • Arrive in Style – For those arriving at Miami International Airport (MIA), be sure to check-out the unmissable multi-sensory activation in Terminal D – complete with an official E1 Racebird, E1 Racebird simulator and BOMBAY SAPPHIRE Sparkling Lemon bespoke bar.
  • Spot the Icon – Eagle-eyed fans can look out for the bespoke BOMBAY SAPPHIRE Team Miami Racebird, led by global music icon Marc Anthony. Created exclusively for the city’s finale, the striking livery features the BOMBAY SAPPHIRE distinct Pantone blue, paying homage to Miami’s unmistakable energy.

Sparkling Lemon

Ingredients:

1 ½ oz Bombay Sapphire

5 oz Sparkling Lemonade (like San Pellegrino Limonata)

Method: Combine all ingredients in your favorite balloon glass or wine glass full of ice. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
