Abiaka at Seminole Hard Rock Hollywood Hosts Exclusive Hispanic Heritage Month Culinary Pop-Up

Celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month with Abiaka’s three-day culinary pop-up at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood, from September 19-21. Led by Chef Michelle Bernstein, a James Beard Award winner, this event features vibrant Latin-Caribbean flavors, handcrafted cocktails, and live music.

Inspired by La Cañita’s bold island cuisine, the menu includes dishes like Oxtail Stew, Prawn Mofongo, Whole Yellowtail Snapper, and desserts like Flan de la flaca. Cocktail highlights include Mojito Criollo, Disco Inferno, and La Cañita. Abiaka’s signature bites such as Jamon Toast, Lamb Chops, and Skirt Steak will also be available.

Located in The Guitar Hotel Pool Vista Pavilion, Abiaka’s Latin wood-fire grill offers a unique blend of flavors from Spain, the Caribbean, and Central & South America. The event promises an authentic, lively celebration of Hispanic culture through food, drinks, and music.
