MILA Omakase is thrilled to announce its participation in SOBEWFF’s first ever ‘A Sushi Omakase Collective’, where five premier Japanese restaurants will come together to present guests a multi–course gastronomic journey with a diverse array of unique and elevated samplings. Working alongside four other award-winning Chefs and seamlessly complementing the artful medley of flavors, Michelin Star Chef Michael Michaelidis, Executive Corporate Chef of Riviera Dining Group, and Chef Reiji Yoshizawa, Head Chef of MILA Omakase, invite patrons to indulge in a curated sampling featuring a premium selection of delicately composed nigiri and specialty Japanese-inspired dishes prepared using the most refined ingredients such as line-caught fish flown in daily from Japan, fresh vegetables and condiments, sea urchin from Hokkaido, sustainable bluefin tuna from Baja and Sanuki Olive Wagyu from Kagawa Prefecture in Japan, paying homage to MILA Omakase’s ever-changing menu, which evolves in harmony with the 72 Japanese micro-seasons.
Located in the heart of South Beach, MILA Omakase is a 10-seat enclosed room offering an exclusive epicurean journey to the Far East, magnified by the mediterranean influences of 26 Michelin Star Chef Michael Michaelidis. The intimate, ultra luxurious and transporting space features a massive overhanging cherry blossom tree, a Japanese craftsmanship-inspired wallpaper screen, a dramatic marble countertop, a 500-year old hinoki wood cutting board, and wall-mounted niches serving as members’ personal display for the personalized chopsticks that come with membership. Continuing to elevate itself as the highest standard of luxury within Miami’s culinary scene, MILA Omakase takes culinary excellence to the next level through reimagined dishes, exquisite creations, refined flavor profiles and artful presentation, fusing the rich tapestry of Japanese history with Miami’s vibrant energy.
