Slow Fish Miami, a leading advocate for sustainable seafood practices, is proud to announce the launch of its highly anticipated Collab Series 2024. This unique culinary initiative aims to shine a spotlight on the importance of responsible culinary choices while celebrating the art of sustainable seafood.

The Slow Fish Collab Series will kick off on March 14th, ’24, with an exclusive dinner hosted by Executive Chef Diana Tandia of the renowned Palms Hotel & Spa on Miami Beach. Chef Diana, known for her passion for seasonally influenced cuisine, will showcase her expertise in crafting delectable dishes that highlight the abundance of sustainable seafood available in our oceans.

In addition to savoring exquisite dishes, attendees will have the chance to view a Seria Films short on Sustainable seafood created by our Slow fish member Sarah Curry designed to connect with like-minded individuals, including local influencers, chefs, and industry professionals, who share a commitment to sustainability. The event will provide a platform for networking and collaboration, fostering a community dedicated to making a difference in the world of seafood.
