The sophisticated and chic French-Riviera inspired restaurant, LPM Miami will be ringing in the New Year with a bespoke dry January menu ‘La Petite Pause’ featuring four collaborative cocktails with non-alcoholic brand Lyres. The La Petite Pause uses the premium Lyres non-alcoholic spirits in four unique cocktails including The Nogroni Sbagliato with Lyre’s Aperitif Rosso, Lyre’s Italian Spritz, Lyre’s Classico, and Earl Grey and Gentian Root; the Watermelon Gazpacho with Lyre’s Dry London, LPM’s Watermelon and Tomato Gazpacho mix; L’Orgeat with Lyre’s Amaretti, Lemon, Toasted Almonds and Whey; and the Rosé Champagne Colada with Lyre’s Spiced Cane, Lyre’s Classico, Rosé Wine, and Coconut and Pineapple Cordial.
