Join Nautilus by Arlo for a full day of self-love at our all-inclusive retreat. It is time to fall in love with taking care of YOU!

We will start the day with bars from GoMacro and coffee by Pop & Bottle. Then, we will head to the Ocean Terrace for Dance + Sculpt with Stacy Beltran from DanceBody, followed by a C2 Vinyasa Flow with Megan Spadt from CorePower Yoga. 

After the sweat session, enjoy lunch in the Bridge Room by Carrot Express and refreshments from Swoon and Boisson. After lunch, enjoy treatments from brands like Face Fit Bar, DA Beauty Bar and LINK x LOU.

All attendees leave with a curated gift bag featuring wellness brands Ballast, Balance, Olly, Solspell, Dame, Virtue Labs, Sunwink, Merrell and Sunbaked!
