The opening of South Florida’s most anticipated restaurant and cocktail club will be held for VIPs and the distinguished community on the evening of October 15th. JEY Hospitality Group who brought Himmarshee Village back to life with Himmarshee Public House, ROK:BRGR and TACOCRAFT is thrilled to open the doors to their latest dual concept focusing on true artisan pizza, pasta and other Italian specialties at PizzaCraft; and classic, 1920s-style craft cocktails at Apothecary 330.
Broward County Mayor Jack Seiler will join local notables and attendees for a ribbon cutting prior to a cocktail reception with craft cocktails and bites by PizzaCraft and Apothecary 330. VIP guests will walk the red carpet after checking in and receiving an exclusive Apothecary 330 bronze coin and getting noticed by a flying drone overhead.
FOX TV’s Hell’s Kitchen alum Chef Bret Hauserhas been anointed Head Chef for PizzaCraft and will present a variety of bites of the restaurant’s different pizzas, select appetizers and charcuterie. Guests will have a taste of what to expect at the exclusive Apothecary 330 that will serve a selection of more than 300 whiskeys, Absinthe on tap, 20 craft beers on tap and wines from boutique vineyards. The cocktail cub featuring sofa and lounge seating will distribute a limited number of bronze coins with the Apothecary logo that will entitle guests to first priority seating and invitations to new product releases, scotch tastings and private parties.
