The 4th Annual Women’s Power Breakfast took place on Friday, February 27th at The Ritz-Carlton, South Beach, bringing together influential leaders, founders, executives, and change-makers for a morning of powerful dialogue, meaningful connection, and collective impact. In alignment with the mission of the Women’s Power Series, 100% of ticket proceeds were donated to The Women of Tomorrow Mentorship & Scholarship Program, directly supporting mentorship, education, and opportunity for young women.
Jennifer Valoppi, President and Founder of Women of Tomorrow, returned for the fourth consecutive year as Master of Ceremonies and also served as the event’s keynote speaker. Her address centered on philanthropy and purposeful leadership, highlighting this year’s International Women’s Day theme, Give to Gain. She spoke to the transformative power of philanthropy, the responsibility that comes with leadership, and how investing in others creates lasting impact across generations.
The Power of Experience: Women Building the Next Era of Iconic Hospitality Panel was moderated by Ana Navarro-Cárdenas and featured Sarah Wetenhall, Lesley Goldwasser, Jackie Soffer, and Diana Stobo. The conversation explored how women are redefining luxury, experience, design, and legacy across hospitality; from iconic properties to immersive wellness destinations.
The New Aesthetic: Redefining Beauty & Wellness Through Purpose and Innovation Panelwas moderated by Alexandra Wilkis Wilson and included panelists such as: Cristina Cuomo, Amy Peterson, Laura Geller, and Cyndi Ramirez. Panelists shared insights on entrepreneurship, longevity, innovation, and building brands rooted in authenticity and purpose.
The Game Changers: Women Using Sports to Redefine Power and Purpose Panel, moderated by Victoria Jacobi, brought together Susan Summons, Kendra Bulluck-Major, Taylor Burner, and Jasmine Robinson for a dynamic discussion on leadership, representation, and the evolving influence of women across the sports and business landscape.
