The 27th Annual Miami Book Fair International kicked off with the unveiling of the 2010 poster at Mia Biscayne in Downtown Miami.
The poster was designed by Mexican-born artist Alejandro Cabrera De La More, also known as Maximus Blanc. The poster represents the theme for this year’s fair, “Celebrating the Literature and Culture of Mexico.”
The fair has attracted noble prize winners, in the past. This year’s line-up includes former President George W. Bush, Megan McCain, Sir Michael Caine and others.
The book fair, presented by the Florida Center for the Literary Arts at Miami-Dade College, will run from November 14-21.
