Exclusive VIP Preview and Opening Reception for the first annual MiamiPhotoFest, a four-day cultural event featuring renowned photographers alongside cutting-edge talents. The 2019 MiamiPhotoFest International Emerging Photography Award winners will be announced with prizes presented by Fujifilm.

On view at the historic Moore Building, in the heart of Miami Design District, are featured works by over two hundred photographers in sixteen unique exhibits. Highlights include the US debut of works from legendary photographer Elliott Erwitt’s PARIS series, as well as Antoine d’Agata’s multimedia exhibition WHITE NOISE, 2006-2016.

In addition to being the first to preview the exhibitions before they open to the public, you will have the opportunity to meet attending artists including: Andy Summers, former guitarist of legendary rock group, The Police; award-winning Ralph Gibson; Guggenheim Fellow Bruce Gilden, who will be exhibiting for the first time a portrait series shot on the streets of Overtown, Miami; National Geographic ambassador Maggie Steber; and Miami’s own Pulitzer Prize-winning photo journalist Carl Juste, among others.
