Vintro Hotel + Kitchen has upped the ante on Miami post-happy hour specials. The culinary experts have carefully crafted a new tapas menu to be served from 7 to 9 p.m. daily. For $25 a person, evening diners receive a choice of two tapas and unlimited red or white house wine.
A union of cultures and traditions in Miami’s melting pot of a city, Vintro Hotel + Kitchen’s vibrant tapas are inspired by fresh ingredients from around the world. Guests are treated to a choice of Piquillo Peppers, stuffed with mushrooms and spinach; Mini Lamb Burgers, accompanied by Moroccan-style eggplant, yogurt and hummus dip; Crispy Pork Belly, with a side of sweet potato chips and salsa criolla; Calamari, stuffed with morcilla and onion compote; Octopus Carpaccio Cannoli, complimented with confit potatoes and piquillo pepper gel; Mini BLT Sandwich, topped with cilantro sauce; Beet Tartlets, topped with goat cheese, bacon and onion sauce; or Croquettes, filled with goat cheese, prosciutto and vegetables.
