FALL 2015 WOMEN’S TRENDS & KEY ITEMS

Extreme Texture

Fall fashion is taking on a whole new dimension. Artistic furs, fabulous faux and supple shearlings volumize and dramatize already striking silhouettes. The effect is almost magical—feathery fabrications radiate ethereal auras and wildly exaggerated knit cables seem to leap off the body.

La Bohème

This Fall brings a luxed-up vision of Bohemian life, rich with plush velvet, vibrant colors and unique patchworks. Wistful hints of yesteryear abound in the season’s leg-elongating flared trousers and, of course, fringe. Folk embroideries and extravagant patterns are created with not-so-starving artists in mind, elevating the trend to a regal extreme.

Key items include The Cape, The Poncho, Shearling Outerwear, The Long Gilet, The Parka, The Turtleneck, and Flared Trousers & Denim. Accessories of the season comprise of Chunky-Heel Shoes, Relaxed Boots, Long-strap Saddle Bags, Soft & Unstructured Bags, Architectural Jewelry, Mix & Match Ear Statements, and Fringed Accessories.

FALL 2015 MEN’S TRENDS & KEY ITEMS

Country Gentleman

For a novel take on elevated ease this fall, look outside the city limits. Effortless updates to classic styles show the softer side of fine tailoring, with subtle hints of rustic charm and Bohemian swagger. Natural colors are foremost led by forest greens and the deep reds of cordovan leather.

City Shadows

All day, all night. This is the sleek modern uniform for the worldly man. The lines are clean and crisp. Moody greys and monochromatics are joined by deep jewel tones. Look for a glimmer of iridescent sheen on lustrous fabrics like mohair.

Urban Couture

This is forward-thinking fashion with street cred led by a new generation of brash young designers. High-contrast graphics and aggressive geometrics appear on everything from sneakers to outerwear to everyday street style. Irreverent global prints lend an international edge.

Key items for these trends include flight jackets, tailored joggers, geometric sweaters, distressed denim, shearling jackets and trim, burgundy blazers and shades of grey tailoring. Luxe caps, fedoras, backpacks, slim portfolios, mountain boots, dressy sneakers and mod boots are the top men’s accessories in fall.
