Related’s development team, headed by Carlos Rosso, personally selected the design stars Meyer Davis to actualize the vision for the two-story Paraiso Beach Club, featuring a restaurant by James Beard Award-winning chef, Michael Schwartz. The first-floor restaurant will feature an open bar and kitchen that builds flavor through thoughtfully sourced ingredients and simple cooking techniques centered around the flame, presenting both residents and the community the opportunity to savor Schwartz’s culinary talents and soak in the ambiance at what is sure to become Edgewater’s most sought-after destination for boating, socializing and dining.
