“Nourished” Book Release Party to be Held at The Sacred Space
As a plant-based chef, holistic nutritional counselor, nurturing mother, and a lead authority on plant-based living in Miami, wellness guru Pamela Wasabi can now add a new accolade to her list: author. With the release of her new book, Nourished, Wasabi demonstrates how a plant-based lifestyle has helped her better her own life experiences, and in the process, invites readers to explore and discover their own relationship with food.
A direct reflection of Wasabi’s mission, Nourished aims to show readers how to obtain a happier and healthier life through plant-based living. Unlike a cookbook, however, this captivating narrative is sprinkled with nourishing tips, inspiring quotes, and insightful words about how to embrace our own path to balance. It encourages readers to live in harmony with nature, and lays the foundation for them to gradually transition into a plant-based lifestyle. It’s not just about the change itself, however; it’s the mindset behind the change that really matters. As Wasabi proves, we commit to the change for the love and awareness of our bodies, our loved ones, and our planet as a whole.
And to celebrate the debut of this one-of-a-kind book, Wasabi will be joined by fellow pioneers of this same path to wellness and plant-based living. Karla Dascal, who wrote the Foreword to Wasabi’s book, invited Wasabi to host Nourished’s official release and book signing at The Sacred Space. Plant Food + Wine will provide sweet bites and pass d’oeuvres for the occasion, and JoJo Tea will serve calming tea and sparkling kombucha from Counter Culture for guests to toast to Wasabi’s latest accomplishment. Of course, to add to the evening, Wasabi’s own famous cookies will also make an appearance.
The event will commence with a Q&A and chat with Wasabi herself, and will immediately follow with the book signing. This event will take place at The Sacred Space on Tuesday, March 7th, from 6:30pm to 8:30pm. Tickets are priced at $17 per person and can be purchased here: https://www.eventbrite.
Guests who bring their ticket to Plant Food + Wine after the event will get 10% off their dinner.
