Real estate agents really have to be careful nowadays, particularly with regards overly friendly homeowners. One homeowner in West Hartford, Connecticut, became very friendly with a 28-year-old real estate agent, when he went to her house to discuss selling it. She was trying to be nice to him, by giving him gingerbread to eat. That’s when her problems began.
The lady forgot to tell the agent that the gingerbread was “special”. It had lots of ingredients, including one ingredient that made the real estate agent feel ill. She made the gingerbread with marijuana. She didn’t tell the realtor what he was about to eat, and the poor guy got sick. Watch the news clip below.
