FULL BLOOM, MIAMI BEACH’S ONLY GOURMET VEGAN RESTAURANT, NOW OPEN IN BLUE ROAD’S CREST HOTEL

Full Bloom, Miami Beach’s only gourmet vegan restaurant, is now open in the lobby of the Crest Hotel Suites at 1670 James Avenue. (The Crest is owned by Blue Road, a Miami development company led by principals Jorge Savloff and Marcelo Tenenbaum, who purchased the hotel in 2016.)

Formerly located in Miami Beach’s Belle Isle neighborhood, Full Bloom opened in 2015 and became the first restaurant in Miami Beach to offer vegan fine dining. The restaurant’s mission is to provide animal-caring, health-conscious cuisine in an intimate, upscale setting. Full Bloom’s fresh, organic ingredients come from local farms and small distribution companies, and all of its dishes are completely animal-free. Founders Alessandro Farana, Omar Barberini, and Nicola Dominici all have international culinary backgrounds, and provide an upscale dining experience that includes French, Italian, Mexican, and Latin influences. The restaurant’s wine selections are also entirely vegan.

“We have been big fans of Full Bloom for many years, and are delighted to offer this exceptional restaurant to our guests, tourists, and Miami Beach residents,” said Savloff. “While there may be other vegan eateries in the area, Full Bloom is the only local option for a chic, gourmet dining experience.”

“Full Bloom offers a delicious, eclectic menu that appeals to vegan and non-vegan diners alike,” added Tenenbaum. “It aligns beautifully with our philosophy of presenting new and singular experiences to our hotel guests.”
