NYY Steak at Seminole Casino Coconut Creek will host a Domaine Carneros® Wine Pairing Dinner on Thursday, April 7.
The event will begin at 7:30 p.m. with a cocktail reception at Legends Lounge, followed by an innovative four-course meal at 8 p.m. featuring the following Domaine Carneros® Wines – La Reve de Blanc ’06, Pinto Claire, Pinot Noir ’12 and Brut Rose NV.
The courses will include Diver Scallops with Sweet Peas (1st), Alaskan Halibut with Chervil (2nd) and Wagyu Beef Tenderloin (3rd). The dessert offered will be Boutique Domestic Cheese, Seasonal Berry Compote and Local Honeycomb.

The evening’s host will be TJ Evans, Pinot Noir Winemaker for Domaine Carneros®, which is based in Napa Valley, Calif.
