Internationally acclaimed Chef Gastón Acurio’s U.S. restaurants La Mar by Gastón Acurio Miami, La Mar San Francisco, and Tanta Chicago announce a month-long collaborative celebration in July to commemorate Fiestas Patrias Peruanas—Peruvian National Holidays. As ambassadors of Peruvian cuisine and culture, Chefs Diego Oka (Miami), Victoriano Lopez (SF), and Jesus Delgado (Chicago) are celebrating with a month-long special menu of seven dishes featuring creations by each chef plus a cocktail from their respective restaurants. The three locations will offer the menu à la carte for lunch and dinner and as a prix-fixe tasting experience during dinner service, available for USD 75 exclusive of tax and gratuity.
Additionally, the chef trio will join forces in Miami from July 26-28 to present a meet and greet event with an exclusive menu at Mandarin Oriental, Miami’s La Mar restaurant. To add to the celebration, La Mar Miami will be decorated with festive Peruvian accents while nightly entertainment fills the air, bringing a slice of Peru to South Florida.
