CELEBRATE GLUTEN FREE BAKING WEEK AT PORTOFINO COAL FIRED PIZZA

In honor of Gluten-Free Baking Week (December 19-25) Portofino Coal Fired Pizza will now be offering their signature coal-fired pizzas on a gluten-free crust in addition to their traditional crust. The extensive PCFP pizza menu offers crispy, thin-crust pizzas, made to order with mozzarella cheese, San Marzano tomatoes, fresh basil, aged Romano cheese, herbs and extra virgin olive oil.

A large selection of specialty coal-fired pizza creations are available at PCFP such as the Arugula Caprese (fresh arugula, diced tomatoes and banana peppers served over a traditional cheese pizza), Coal Fired BBQ Chicken (barbeque sauce, mozzarella and cheddar cheese, coal fired chicken, sliced red onion and cilantro), and the Meatball and Ricotta (signature meatballs and seasoned ricotta cheese). Guests also have the opportunity to create their own pizza with more than 20 a la carte toppings such as prosciutto, roasted garlic, mushrooms and seasoned ricotta cheese.

Sweet pizzas fill the PCFP dessert menu and can be prepared on a gluten free or traditional crust. The dessert pizza options include the S’Mores (chocolate and marshmallow) Nutella (bananas or strawberries, nutella and chocolate shavings) or the Dulce de Leche (bananas, powdered sugar and banana foster sauce) and are available for $7.95.
