22nd Annual Viva Broward! Hispanic Heritage Festival Sambas into Seminole Paradise Oct. 15-16

The diverse sounds, flavors and culture of South Florida’s Latin community will spice-up the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino when the 22nd Annual Viva Broward! Hispanic Heritage Festival Sambas into Seminole Paradise on October 15 from noon to midnight and on October 16 from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.

South Florida’s award-winning events and entertainment producer Bobby Rodriguez has lined-up a stellar roster of musicians including top international reggaeton artists Jowell y Randy, Nestor Torres, Tiempo Libre, Sabor Latino, his namesake orchestra and other popular favorites who will fuel the Salsa, Cumbia, Bachata, Merengue, Charanga, Reggaeton, Latin Jazz, Danzon, Tango, Bomba and Plena dance fires. Folkloric troupes representing the countries of Columbia, Panama, Venezuela, Spain, Argentina and Puerto Rico will also be in attendance.

 

Guests can also dine on authentic Latin dishes while they browse exhibit and crafts booths lined-up throughout Seminole Paradise.

 

“What began as a one-day event in 1989 has now become the signature celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month in Broward County,” said Rodriguez, Viva Broward! organizer.  “In just a few years, the Latino population in Broward has exploded to more than 420,000. We’re proud to be able to showcase South Florida’s diversity at one of everyone’s favorite places to play – the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino,” he continued.

 

Tickets are $20 for adults or $30 for a two-day pass. Children ages 6-11 are $5 and children under 5 are free.  Tickets are available online at www.vivabroward.com .
