Enjoy a special Easter celebration at Villa Azur on Sunday, April 4th. Indulge in their special holiday dinner menu that includes a Truffled Egg ($18), truffle poached egg, with soft polenta, shitake mushroom and a mushroom sweet glaze; for the main course a pistachio crusted Half Rack of Lamb ($45), served with a port wine jus, risotto Verdi and topped with roasted pearl onions; and for dessert satisfy your chocolate cravings with Choux Trio ($14), the easter eggs bombons are a blend of dulce de leche, nutella and pistachio. It’s a Laurent Perrier Easter at Diya Sunset Harbour this year. Guests can enjoy Sunday brunch while indulging in Laurent Perrier Brut Cuvée ($40) by the bottle. Guests can also indulge in a colorful array of flavorful vegetarian dishes such as the Tofu Scramble ($18) tofu “scrambled egg” with veggies and cheese; Palak Paneer ($18) stuffed with spinach and Indian cheese; and the Eggplant Burger ($18), which was featured in the 2020 South Beach Wine & Food Festival, and consists of crispy eggplant with housemade cheese, BBQ sauce, all served with masala spiced fries. Diya’s carefully crafted cocktails are available during brunch including the Oxaca Sunrise ($15) and Diya’s Gin n Tonic ($19), a house favorite.
