Some Bunny Loves You: Easter Brunch at Gotham Steak, Fontainebleau Miami Beach

The hunt is over! Fill your basket and your belly with Chef Alfred Portale’s delectable Easter Brunch menu at Gotham Steak, the modern steakhouse at Fontainebleau Miami Beach (www.fontainebleau.com).  

To celebrate the holiday, Chef Alfred Portale has created a menu redolent of the flavors and colors of the spring season. The special menu will be featured throughout eight gourmet stations where guests may choose their selections and watch as they are being expertly prepared and creatively presented.  

  • Chilled Seafood Station & Raw Bar – This station will feature refreshing raw seafood selections, including Chilled Gulf Shrimp Cocktail, East and West Coast Oysters and Jonah Crab Claws.
     
  • Caviar Bar – Here, guests can enjoy American caviar with blinis and traditional garnishes.
     
  • Sushi Bar – A sushi chef will preside over full sushi, offering an assortment of Sashimi (hamachi, salmon, octopus, ebi, snapper, snow fish), Nigiri (salmon, saba, tamago, abalone, ikura, unagi, inari) and Maki (California roll, kappa-maki, tekka, futo, barbecued eel).  
     
  • Cheese & Charcuterie Station – Here, guests can choose from a wide selection of artisanal and farmstead cheeses from around the world, as well as cured meats, country breads, chutneys and fresh fruit.
     
  • Seasonal Salad Station – Guests can enjoy two refreshing salad options, including Gotham Steak’s signature Chopped Salad featuring twelve vegetables and creamy Dijon dressing and the Ceasar Salad with white anchovies, croutons and shaved parmesan cheese.
     
  • Made-to-Order Omelet Station – A specialty chef will prepare omelets and eggs/egg whites to guests’ likings with a selection of fillings. 
     
  • Specialty Soup Bar – Here, guests can choose from two seasonal soup offerings – Maine Lobster Bisque with Crème Fraiche and Manzanilla Sherry, and Heirloom Tomato Gazpacho with Avocado.
     
  • Traditional Carving Station– This station will showcase classic Easter entrees such as Thyme and Shallot Crusted Tenderloin of Beef, Rosemary and Roasted Garlic Studded Leg of Lamb, Bourbon and Clove Glazed Ham, and Dill and Black Pepper Crusted Salmon; gourmet sauces and side dishes will also be available at this station.  

For dessert, indulgence abounds with an endless selection of sweet confections, including Brioche Grand Marnier French Toast, Key Lime Tart with Italian Meringue and Lemon Doughnuts. Brunch includes unlimited mimosas as well. For gourmands of all ages, the playful kids’ menu items include Chicken Tenders, Mini Burgers and Spaghetti with Meat Sauce.
