Miami Dolphins Players Teach Kids from the Boys and Girls Club How to Fish at IGFA

fishDolphin Players will be teaching children from the Boys and Girls Clubs of Miami-Dade and Broward Counties how to fish and will be on hand to talk about the event and their fishing experience. Children will also pair up with players to use the fishing simulators at the IGFA.

  Directions

·         Take I-95 to Griffin Road

·         Go west on Griffin over the railroad tracks

·         Turn left, heading south, onto Angler Avenue (at the traffic light)

·         Make the first left and follow the signs to IGFA

  Each child will be paired with a Dolphins current player for afternoon of fun and the chance to learn some of the player’s favorite fishing tips.  The clinic is part of FinsWeekend, the Dolphins largest annual event, featuring current players, alumni, coaches and cheerleaders, on May 16-18, 2013. The three-day extravaganza features an exciting weekend of golf, fishing and celebrities.  All proceeds from FinsWeekend benefit the Miami Dolphins Foundation. The event has raised more than $3 million for local charities.
